From In-House Innovation to Market-Leading Solutions
Our software journey began in 2008, as business owners looking for answers. We operated a call centre within our property businesses and quickly realised that the so-called “off-the-shelf” solutions just didn’t cut it. They were either too rigid, too complex, or simply didn’t fit the way we worked.

So, we took matters into our own hands.
We developed a custom Dialler to power our call centre and a bespoke CRM to streamline our property operations. The result? Software that actually worked — highly relevant, practical, and designed to solve real business problems.

We have been improving our software over the years and what started as an in-house necessity quickly became something bigger. We knew other businesses were facing the same challenges, and we saw an opportunity to share the tools that had transformed our own operations. That’s how TilexTech was born.
